Yesterday I walked 1.6 miles. That is a new best since April. I am trying to stay close to home because I do not want to be stranded somewhere and then get a panic attack, so the route is boring.
Food yesterday was exciting.
I made a tofu and brown rice bowl teriyaki bowl. I prepared the the tofu like the ginger soy bake, then cubed it and tossed it in some rice.
Thats about all there is for that.
Sunday is going to be a left over day, cleaning out the fridge before things spoil, and try to walk two miles kinda day.
I'd cook but I have to make a lot of content for magic sites, so in order to stack that paper to ceiling, I need to stay in front of my computer today. :(
Weigh in tomorrow around 730 am est. Progress is still looking good!
